TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. In general 

All relationships between Elisabeth Gierus.com and the customer are governed by our terms and conditions of use. The customer acknowledges having read and understood the terms and conditions at the time of signing the order. Any changes to the terms and conditions of customer use must be modified and approved by Elisabeth Gierus.com in written.

2. Establishment of the contract

All our offers are subject to confirmation. The contract between Eliasabeth Gierus.com and the customer is complete only after the order has been submitted and the customer has received confirmation of the order from Elisabeth Gierus.com via email. In the event of errors / errors on the Website, Elisabeth Gierus.com is not required to fulfill or validate the order.

3. Delivery / Shipping

Shipping time within Scandinavia is usually 1-3 business days (apart for Norway due to Norwegian customs handling time), within the EU 2-7 business days and to all other European countries 3-10 business days. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping or postal services. If the products are not available at the time of the order, the customer will be notified in writing and may cancel or change his / her order at that time. Elisabeth Gierus.com holds the right to cancel orders, where the products are not available. The customer will be notified immediately upon cancellation. In the event where ordered products have been paid, refunds will be made immediately to all orders canceled by Elisabeth Gierus.com. All cancellations of orders from customers must be made before the the nearest 16:00 after receiving our confirmation mail (before the package is picked up by the shipping company around 03:00). All products are shipped to the address stated as the delivery address. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the package received from Elisabeth Gierus.com is not damaged upon delivery. For deliveries where products are damaged, the customer must immediately make a statement with the delivery company at the time of delivery otherwise no refunds can be made. Elisabeth Gierus.com is to be contacted immediately for damaged products. In case of damaged products Elisabeth Gierus.com holds the rihgt to decide weater the customer will receive a replacement or refund.

4. Local pickup

When ordering an item on Elisabeth Gieru’s webshop, you can choose to pick up the item for free in the beauty salon / shop at Gl. Kongevej 171 A, 1850 Frederiksberg C NOTE: If you order your item before noon, we will endeavor offering you to pick up the item in the store the following day. If you order after 12:00, it will take two days before you can pick up your item. Your order confirmation includes an order number, which you must show, when you pick up your order in the store. Please bring your order confirmation in printed form or on your mobile, when you want to pick up your item in the store.

5. Returns

All ordered items can be returned within 7 business days of the delivery date. The products must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return charges. All products must be sent to Elisabeth Gierus.com at the following address: Elisabeth Gierus Skincare, Vodroffsvej 61, 1tv, 1900 Frederiksberg, DENMARK. Elisabeth Gierus.com can not make refunds for products that are not returned within the refund period.

6. Payment Terms

Payment will be made by the given form of payment on the order form. As soon as the money is transferred, the products will be shipped. All prices are quoted in Euros and always include valid VAT. Prices quoted at time of the order apply. Please note that Elisabeth Gierus.com will deduct VAT when shipping to non-EU countries, such as Norway and Switzerland, but the Norwegian and Swiss authorities may add Norwegian and Swiss VAT and a certain fee when the goods reach Norway and Switzerland. Please note that other non-EU countries may add their VAT and / or other fees, when the goods are imported into these countries.

Secure payment with E-pay

At Elisabethgierus.com, all card payments are made through E-pays encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) payment system. This means that your debit card information is protected and encrypted and that unauthorized persons cannot read your card information during the transaction with NETS. Organic Care Aps does not know your card information, only whether the transaction is approved or not.
